Interim FP&A Leader . to provide immediate coverage during a leadership transition. This individual will work closely with the CEO and executive team to maintain financial planning & analysis continuity.. Key Responsibilities. Own and maintain the FP&A function . Partner directly with the CEO and executive leadership on financial insights and decision support. Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Build and/or refine reporting dashboards and KPIs. Develop or enhance 13-week cash flow modeling (as needed). Collaborate closely with the Controller, including month-end review support. Identify opportunities for process improvements and SOP development. Ideal Candidate Profile. Proven FP&A leadership experience . Prior experience in a . PE-backed environment strongly preferred. Hands-on, self-starter who can operate independently. Comfortable in turnaround or restructuring environments. Strong NetSuite experience (preferred).
