We run smart and powerful internal software, and are a software company so computer skills are key. While experience in graphic design or software development is appreciated, it's not mandatory.. . › The Onboarding Process.. . Onboard climbing gyms by directly communicating with facilities worldwide.. . . Assistance with the Onboarding process, taking of meetings with new clients. . Understand BETA, and the Onboarding Process in full. Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring high-quality service delivery.. . . › Customer Triage.. . Sprinkle your magic in customer service and care, ensuring our clients feel the love and attention they deserve. Be the first line of communication with clients. Answer requests when possible, collect necessary information for technical team to answer when not.. . . Timely responses during working hours. . Good interpersonal skills. . Knowledge of BETA. . . › Product Specialist.. . Bridge the gap between our users and our internal Product and Dev teams. By deeply understanding the product and the user experience—particularly through onboarding & support—you will provide valuable insights that help shape the direction of BETA.. . . Act as a liaison between the customer and the Product and Dev teams, translating user feedback into actionable input.. . Contribute to ongoing product improvement by participating in planning sessions, product reviews, and usability feedback cycles.. .
