In this role, you will act as a trusted partner throughout the onboarding journey — guiding customers through configuration, migration, and adoption while supporting the growth of our Spanish-speaking customer base.. Your Position in Our Team. . Lead customers through onboarding, implementation, training, migration, and go-live phases. . Conduct configuration workshops to understand customer workflows and business needs. . Translate operational requirements into scalable and stable system configurations. . Advise customers on platform best practices and implementation decisions. . Deliver structured trainings that enable successful and independent platform adoption. . Ensure high-quality implementations before go-live. . Support customers during migration and hypercare activities. . Collaborate closely with Project Management, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams. . Document decisions, configurations, and open topics. . Independently manage smaller implementation projects end-to-end. . Your Profile. . 2+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, consulting, customer-facing, or software support roles, ideally in SaaS or platform environments. . Strong communication, facilitation, and customer-facing skills. . Ability to understand operational workflows and translate them into scalable system solutions. . Confidence in advising customers and recommending suitable solutions. . Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven way of working. . Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally. . Fluent Spanish, English, and German skills, written and spoken. . Experience with migrations, Zendesk, or enterprise customer environments is a plus. . Your salary. . .
