Fresh Clinics is looking for an Acquisition Team Lead to lead our AU growth engine. This is a "Player-Coach" role designed for a sales operator who wants to keep their skin in the game while building their leadership legacy. You’ll lead our Inbound and BDM teams, carry a personal quota, and help us automate the manual work that slows sales down.. This role is for someone who thrives on the "close" but has the operational brain to see where a process is broken and the technical grit to fix it in HubSpot. You’ll partner directly with the Head of AU Growth and our RevOps Lead to ensure that every lead we touch is high-quality and every handover to onboarding is seamless.. What you'll . own. AU acquisition end-to-end.. Inbound and BDM run as one acquisition motion with shared lead routing, shared cadence, and a single accountable owner. Total acquisition output is governed and reported as one number, not two.. Your Personal acquisition target.. You’ll carry a personal acquisition target, modelling the sales discipline, objection handling, and closing capability you expect from your team.. Drive automation across the acquisition-to-onboarding journey.. Lead-to-close automation in HubSpot, sales-to-onboarding handover, and self-serve onboarding for low-touch segments move from unowned to actively shipping, in partnership with Marketing, Onboarding, and RevOps.. Lift inbound conversion and BDM coverage.. You’ll raise the floor on conversion. You’ll lift inbound rates through coaching and rigour, while scaling BDM coverage through clear territories, HubSpot sequences, and pure accountability.. Build team capability.. Inbound reps and BDMs progress against clear development pathways. The team has a coach who's hitting their own number and can credibly demand the same from them.. We'd love you to . have. Player-coach sales leader.. You’ve carried a personal quota . and. led a sales team simultaneously. You understand the credibility tax that comes with not modelling what you’re asking the team to do.. Healthcare or services acquisition experience.. You’ve sold a complex services product, ideally something with a regulatory or clinical layer, and know how to position to clinic owners (or directly comparable buyers).. HubSpot and sales tech literacy.. You can read a HubSpot instance critically, prioritise automation builds, and work with RevOps or admins to ship them.. Cross-functional design instinct.. You’re comfortable with cross collaboration with our marketing team on funnel quality, with our Onboarding team on handover, and with our Finance team on pipeline and forecasting.. Coaching and team development.. You have a genuine appetite for coaching, not just managing. You can develop reps into senior closers, not just hold the team together.. Operational rigour..
