You’ll help us uncover insights from complex healthcare data, build predictive models that scale, and design research-grade analyses that directly influence product strategy and clinical decision-making. Advanced Analytics & Modeling. Design and implement predictive and forecasting models for operational and strategic metrics.. Conduct large-scale data analyses to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.. Optimization Modeling Development. Collaborate with lead data scientist to build and evolve core optimization models (MILP) to improve precision, efficiency, and scalability.. Continuously iterate models based on new data and evolving business needs.. Leadership & Autonomy. Operate independently on complex analytical tasks and mentor junior analysts.. Provide clear, actionable recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.. What We’re Looking For. . Qualifications. Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.. 5+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics roles.. Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and big data tools.  Experience with Gurobi. . Expertise in forecasting methods, statistical modeling, and optimization techniques/models. . Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.. Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing and internal interactions.. Preferred Skills. Experience with healthcare or operational analytics.. Experience with Gurobi.. Knowledge of survey data transformation and workflow analysis.. Expertise in machine learning..
