Lead UX/UI design across multiple client projects from discovery through delivery. Join client meetings, run or support discovery sessions, and represent your design decisions confidently. Create prototypes to validate and communicate ideas quickly. Collaborate with engineers and strategists to make sure the design translates well into the build. Take ownership of your work; move it forward without waiting to be directed. Must-have requirements. 3+ years of commercial experience. in product or UX/UI design, with . a portfolio. that shows it. Proficiency in . Figma. Comfortable with . direct client contact. and independent communication in meetings. Strong English . skills (B2+/C1). Able to . work autonomously. and manage your own workload. Availability of . 20 hours/week. with overlap between 10:00–16:00 CET. Comfortable in . Jira. or similar project management tools.
