Lead UX/UI design across multiple client projects from discovery through delivery. Join client meetings, run or support discovery sessions, and represent your design decisions confidently. Create prototypes to validate and communicate ideas quickly. Collaborate with engineers and strategists to make sure the design translates well into the build. Take ownership of your work; move it forward without waiting to be directed. Must-have requirements. 3+ years of commercial experience. in product or UX/UI design, with . a portfolio. that shows it. Proficiency in . Figma. Comfortable with . direct client contact. and independent communication in meetings. Strong English . skills (B2+/C1). Able to . work autonomously. and manage your own workload. Availability of . 20 hours/week. with overlap between 10:00–16:00 CET. Comfortable in . Jira. or similar project management tools. Nice-to-have requirements. Experience with Webflow. AI tools already part of your design workflow. E-commerce projects in your portfolio. What the process looks like. We try to keep it straightforward and respectful of your time.. Intro call. : 30 minutes with our recruiter to get to know each other and answer any early questions.. Portfolio review. : You'll share your raw working files and portfolio with our Head of Design so we can get a closer look at your process.. Team interview. : A 60-minute conversation with our Project Manager and Head of Design. Expect questions about your experience and a genuine gut-check on fit; both ways. You'll also present a project you're proud of and ready to talk through.. Final conversation. : A short closing chat (around 30 minutes) with our CEO.
