As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be delivering across this project, though scope may evolve. At the moment, this project is focused on:. Producing and distributing weekly and monthly operational reports using Looker and Google Sheets. Drafting communications to print service providers to initiate investigations, gather updates, and follow up on open items. Reviewing reports and printer communications to surface anomalies — volume spikes, missed SLAs, unresponsive partners — and flagging to the relevant PSP manager. Analysing incoming support contacts to identify trends and recurring patterns. Keeping shared trackers, dashboards, and documentation up to date in Google Sheets and Canva Docs. Managing competing priorities across multiple PSP managers and delivering outputs. You're probably a match if. You're a confident written communicator who can produce clear, professional external communications — even when working from verbal briefs or loose guidance. You pick up unfamiliar tools quickly and don't need hand-holding to get up to speed. You're proactive — you follow up before being asked and flag issues early, without waiting to be chased. You're comfortable with ambiguity and can translate verbal direction into documented, repeatable outputs. About the team.
