Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities across our existing customer base and qualified prospects . . . . Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and other channels. . . . Qualify customer needs and schedule meetings for Account Managers. . . . Create personalized customer outreach. . . . Maintain accurate records and activities in Salesforce. . . . Collaborate closely with Account Managers to drive pipeline growth. . . . Leverage modern sales and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency. . . . Your Profile. . . . 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar sales role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. . . . Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. . . . Proven track record of prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating sales opportunities. . . . Strong communication and relationship-building skills. . . . A proactive, commercially driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving results. . . . Comfortable working towards targets and performance metrics. . . . Well-organized with strong CRM discipline. . . . Experience working with Salesforce is strongly preferred. . . . Familiarity with AI-powered tools is a plus. . . . Your salary. . PLN 10,800–14,500 gross/month OTE (PLN 6,500–8,750 gross/month base salary + bonus) . .
