Mobile Engineering Manager. , you will lead mobile engineering teams responsible for delivering and evolving high‑quality Android and iOS applications. This role combines people leadership, technical oversight, and delivery accountability to ensure our mobile products support business objectives and offer an excellent user experience.. Your responsibilities:. Lead, mentor, and support a team of mobile engineers, fostering growth, engagement, and high performance.. Own the delivery of mobile solutions from planning and development through release and ongoing improvement.. Provide technical leadership in mobile architecture, engineering standards, and development best practices.. Plan and coordinate work, ensuring clear priorities, effective execution, and predictable delivery.. Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Data teams, and other Engineering Managers to align on roadmaps and goals.. Ensure mobile solutions meet quality, security, and platform‑specific requirements.. Identify delivery and technical risks early and manage them proactively.. Must have:. 6+ years of experience in software development, including mobile technologies.. 2+ years of experience in an engineering leadership or people management role.. Proven experience delivering mobile applications at scale (Android and/or iOS).. Strong knowledge of mobile architectures, clean code practices, and testing approaches.. Hands‑on background with:. Android:. Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines. iOS:. Swift, SwiftUI, Combine/RxSwift. or cross‑platform frameworks (React Native / Flutter)..
