We are looking for a Business Development Executive with a hunter mindset, responsible for generating new business opportunities in LATAM by combining outbound prospecting, marketing initiatives, and collaboration with strategic partners. This is a consultative and autonomous role, focused on building a high-value pipeline with enterprise and mid-market clients. . Responsibilities. Cold prospecting via LinkedIn and email. Pipeline generation through outbound campaigns. Conducting discovery meetings with clients. Operational use of HubSpot (CRM + Marketing Hub) for pipeline and campaign management. Planning and execution of demand generation initiatives:. Webinars. Content syndication. Digital campaigns. Relationship management with strategic partners (SAS, Salesforce, Insider, CleverTap, etc.). Execution of co-marketing campaigns with partners. Coordination with internal pre-sales and delivery teams. Modality. Remote. Requirements 3–5 years in Business Development / B2B Sales Experience selling MarTech solutions (essential). At least one of the following: Salesforce, Braze, Adobe, SAS CI360, CleverTap, Insider (or similar) Experience with enterprise or mid-market clients Experience in LATAM (ideal) Fluent English .
