Key Responsibilities:. Take ownership of the . product vision on an internal payment platform. .. Drive checkout optimization initiatives, including experimentation and conversion rate improvements.. Continue building the internal payment platform to meet company and business needs.. Define product timelines and goals.. Create initiatives and agree on cross-functional targets.. Create and product plans and roadmaps in collaboration with senior management and colleagues.. Deliver product strategy and roadmap. Manage product launch planning and set expectations for the delivery of new features.. Implement a data-driven culture: from idea evaluation to tracking feature performance.. Bring together other product and cross-functional teams to achieve desired results.. Evaluate market competition by comparing company products against competitors.. Coordinate integrations and launches with payment providers.. Lead a team of Payment Product Managers to achieve results. Skills and Experience:. Experience building payment platforms is required.. Experience obtaining PCI DSS certification and deep knowledge of recurring payments and billing systems are a plus..
