Define infrastructure standards and long-term technical direction. . Drive cost optimisation and performance improvements. . . Reliability & Operations. . . Own uptime, SLAs, and incident management practices. . Lead post-incident reviews and systemic improvements. . Define monitoring, alerting, and observability strategy.  . . . Automation & Engineering Enablement. . . Lead Infrastructure as Code maturity and governance. . Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment reliability. . Enable engineering teams through better tooling and platform capabilities. . . What You'll Bring. . Must-haves. . . 5–8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering. . Deep AWS and cloud architecture expertise. . Strong Infrastructure as Code experience. . Proven ownership of complex, production systems. . Strong systems thinking and problem-solving ability. . Ability to influence teams and drive technical decisions. . . Strong signals. . . Kubernetes and container platforms at scale. . Experience with high-availability SaaS products. .
