About the Role. We are building and expanding products that enable money movement between traditional financial systems (fiat) and digital assets (stablecoins). The Product Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product leadership, engineering, banking partners, and third-party providers to ensure successful delivery of scalable financial products. This role supports product definition, requirements gathering, process design, and execution across payments, banking infrastructure, stablecoins, custody, treasury operations, compliance, and reconciliation.. What You Will Work On. Stablecoin Infrastructure Program. Fiat On-Ramp and Off-Ramp Solutions. Treasury and Liquidity Management Initiatives. Banking and Custody Integrations. Wallet and Digital Asset Management Capabilities. Payment Rail Integrations (ACH, RTP, FedNow, Wire). Ledger and Reconciliation Enhancements. Compliance and Operational Scalability Initiatives. Requirements. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced studies or certifications in Product Management, FinTech, Payments, Banking, or Blockchain are a plus. 2+ years as Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar in FinTech, Banking, Payments, Crypto, or Financial Services. Experience defining and documenting PRDs, FRDs, business requirements, process flows, and user stories. Experience working with Agile software development teams. Experience supporting end-to-end money movement products. Experience working with financial institutions, payment processors, core banking platforms, or crypto infrastructure providers. Strong understanding of financial operations, settlement, reconciliation, and transaction lifecycle management. Preferred Domain Knowledge. Fiat currency flows and stablecoin mechanics (On-Ramp / Off-Ramp). Settlement accounts, FBO accounts, omnibus accounts, virtual accounts, and custodial models. ACH, RTP, FedNow, and Wire payment rails and end-to-end payment flow design. Custodial and non-custodial wallets, addresses, gas fees, and network fees. Bridges, cross-chain transfers, and liquidity pools. Treasury management, prefunding, rebalancing, float management, and LP relationships. KYC, KYB, AML, sanctions screening, Travel Rule, SOF, and SOW requirements. Reconciliation, ledger management, double-entry accounting, clearing, settlement, and exception handling. Key Skills & Competencies. Product discovery, requirements gathering, PRD and FRD creation. User story development, backlog management, and prioritization. Process mapping, workflow design, and cross-functional stakeholder management. Strong ownership mentality with high sense of urgency. Problem-solving mindset; comfortable operating in ambiguous environments. Proactive, self-driven, and able to challenge assumptions to drive solutions. Team-first attitude with strong verbal and written communication. Ability to work closely with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Business teams.
