In this position, you take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for Tech, Data and AI, acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and a data-driven advisor rather than just a process executor.. Your impact. Deliver the right talent at the right time while ensuring quality and cultural fit . Support hiring decisions using market insights and recruitment data. Shape recruitment strategies for key technology roles. Influence candidate experience and employer brand perception. What you’ll be doing. Managing end-to-end recruitment processes in the Tech domain . Partnering with hiring managers from role definition to final hiring decisions . Providing market insights on talent availability, timelines and compensation. Proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search and other tools . Conducting interviews and assessing both competencies and cultural fit. Managing the recruitment process and candidate experience end-to-end . Using recruitment data and metrics to optimize processes . Building talent pools and long-term candidate relationships . Supporting employer branding initiatives and representing the company externally . Qualifications. Experience in Tech recruitment (agency or in-house) – min. 3 years . Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment. Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Boolean search) . Experience in conducting structured interviews (e.g. STAR method) . Understanding of tech roles and stacks (backend, frontend, cloud, data, etc.) . Data-driven mindset and analytical skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
