Own Lifecycle Strategy & Execution: Set the roadmap and execute hands-on campaigns across a meaningful portion of the customer journey to directly drive loan volume, LTV, retention, and cross-sell.. . Quantitative Foundation: A degree in economics, engineering, statistics, math (or equivalent experience) that proves you naturally think in numbers, build your own reporting, and understand the nuances of attribution.. . Data-Driven & Experiment-Led: A proven track record of living in a "test-and-learn" environment—expertly handling hypotheses, sample sizes, honest data reads, and swift optimization.. .
