Responsibilities:. Perform advanced analysis of complex payer portfolios to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Interpret payer contracts and reimbursement methodologies to ensure accurate payment application. Develop and recommend strategies to reduce denials, non-response, and revenue leakage. Lead initiatives to address systemic reimbursement issues and drive process improvements. Analyze financial performance and prepare detailed reporting for leadership decision-making. Monitor KPIs related to A/R, reimbursement trends, and payer compliance. Serve as a key contact for escalated payer issues and support contract-related discussions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Payor Relations. Mentor and guide junior analysts, providing training on complex scenarios and best practices. Support automation, reporting enhancements, and process optimization efforts. Minimum Qualifications:. Bachelor’s degree with 7 years’ healthcare revenue cycle experience or Associate degree with 9 years healthcare revenue cycle experience or HS diploma or GED with 11 years healthcare revenue cycle experience. Preferred Qualifications:. 5+ years experience with payer contracts and regulatory compliance.. 7 + years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, revenue cycle, or financial analysis. 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. 7 + years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, revenue cycle, or financial analysis. 7+ previous experience with data analytics.
