Location Information: China. 主要职责Major Responsibilities：. 参与管理和制定渠道合作伙伴的业绩KPI，确保完成公司下达的渠道销售指标，定期联动销售团队对渠道伙伴进行KPI Review、策略培训、做好行为改善和绩效提升；. 定期保持与大型商业公司及各区域优质渠道的拜访，根据公司业务拓展需求 掌握省级/KA医院的准入政策、流程，关键人员，有效的对非临客户进行拜访和市场覆盖；. 参与拓展各类销售渠道，获取优质、有效的渠道信息，招商活动的开展；. 熟练掌握经销商管理相关流程、合同、及合规要求，及时向销售团队及经销商传达公司政策、KPI管理和激励计划等重要信息，确保合作伙伴了解并执行公司策略；. 保持与合作伙伴的日常沟通与协调，了解合作伙伴的需求与反馈、提供必要的支持与资源，帮助合作伙伴提升销售能力和业绩;根据需求协调资源组织渠道培训，提高合作伙伴的产品知识和销售技巧;. 任职条件Qualifications：. 本科以上学历，5年以上相关行业工作经验；. 3年以上商务管理或者销售区域管理经验，有招商拓展和KA准入经验优先；. 具有敏锐的市场洞察力和分析判断能力，良好的商务谈判技巧、沟通能力、会议组织能力；. 掌握基本的财务、法务知识，熟练使用数据分析工具excel ,PPT ,AI 工具；. 具备较强的学习能力及团队合作精神；. 具备远程办公经验并接受一定程度的出差；.
