Trusted by teams worldwide, we enable organizations to ship high-quality software with confidence. . The role. We're looking for a Product Manager to support the next phase of Testmo's growth. This is not a "write requirements and step back" role. You'll be embedded in the product development lifecycle, working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to define, build, and ship meaningful improvements. You'll own product areas end-to-end: from identifying customer problems to delivering solutions in production, measuring impact, and iterating fast. . What You'll Do. Product Ownership & Strategy. Own product areas, contributing to vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes definition.. Work closely with the manager to align on product strategy, priorities, and roadmap direction.. Balance short-term delivery with long-term product evolution.. Customer & Problem Discovery. Engage directly with customers, prospects, and internal teams to uncover real problems.. Translate insights into clear opportunities and product direction.. Challenge assumptions and push for simple, high-impact solutions.. Agile Delivery & Scrum Leadership. Work within a Scrum environment as the product owner for your team.. Own and prioritize the product backlog based on impact and business value.. Partner closely with Engineering Leads and Scrum Masters to ensure smooth sprint execution.. Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.. Ensure work is clearly defined, testable, and aligned with desired outcomes - not just output.. Execution & Collaboration. Write clear, concise product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria).. Support alignment across Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing, and Sales.. Track delivery progress and proactively remove blockers.. Stay hands-on: install, use, and deeply understand the product and user workflows.. Own day-to-day coordination and execution for assigned teams, ensuring smooth delivery and predictable outcomes.. Go-to-Market & Communication. Partner with Marketing and Sales to articulate product value and positioning.. Support launches with clear messaging, enablement, and internal alignment.. Communicate roadmap updates and product direction to stakeholders at all levels.. AI-Driven Product Innovation. Explore and define AI-powered features that enhance the testing workflow from intelligent test case generation to predictive test selection and automated defect analysis. Evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and assess their applicability to test management use cases.. Collaborate with engineering on integrating AI capabilities into the product in a pragmatic, user-centric way.. Stay current on industry trends in AI-assisted software testing and advocate for innovation within the product roadmap. What We're Looking For. Core Qualifications. Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role.. Strong problem-solving mindset - you focus on outcomes, not just features.. Ability to influence without authority and align cross-functional teams.. Experience working in agile environments (Scrum preferred).. Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.. Comfortable working with distributed teams across time zones.. Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into product decisions.. Hands-on mindset - you actively use and explore your product.  . Domain Experience (Strong Plus). Background in QA, test automation, or developer tooling. Experience with test management tools like Testmo, TestRail, or Xray. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows. Experience in release or project management. Exposure to SaaS and cloud-based testing platforms  . AI Experience (Strong Plus). Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application to software development or testing.. Experience defining AI-powered product features or working with LLMs and generative AI.. Understanding of AI-assisted testing workflows and their impact on team productivity.. Curiosity about the intersection of AI and quality engineering..
