BA/BS in . related field. . 7+ years of experience. . in-house or advising, preferably for the technology industry or compensation consulting firm. . Experience with job evaluation, market matching, job pricing, compensation review cycles, and global compensation practices. . D. emonstrated adaptability and experience in a fast-paced environment. . Solid eye for business and the ability to influence and develop strong working relationships with multiple partners, including executives, line management, . and . peers. .. . Experience in a client-facing role . working and supporting . Corporate Groups. . or EPD . teams. . S. trong change management . and project management . skills. . Strong written. , presentation, and . verbal communication skills. . Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear outputs and recommendations to inform decision-making.. . Advanced. . E. xcel skills. . (interview. process may include an Excel test). . We’ll love it if you know Tableau, SQL, or have used AI for compensation analytics though not a requirement.. . . Preferred Qualifications. . .
