Consulting to serve as the dedicated senior education consulting leader for Sales & Marketing within the Software organization. This role partners with Sales & Marketing executives, leaders, SMEs, HR Partners, and Partner ecosystem stakeholders to align education programs and change-enablement . efforts targeting strategic. priorities, . delivering solutions. within critical opportunity windows, and . measuring impact. through business-relevant KPIs, ROI, and productivity . improvements. In. this role, you will own the vision and leadership of core education programs and advisory services supporting major transformations, . while applying Education. Consulting’s mission pillars to Sales & Marketing . priorities within. the Software . unit by engaging. stakeholders, achieving alignment, driving desired outcomes, managing change, and measuring improvement. . What You’ll Contribute . Engage Stakeholders: Build trusted senior . advisory partnerships. with Sales & Marketing leaders, SMEs, HR partners, and Partner ecosystem stakeholders, serving as a senior advisor on learning strategies tied to transformation priorities. . Achieve Alignment: Anchor learning . strategies to Sales. & Marketing priorities, transformation initiatives, operating rhythms, and performance goals. . Drive Desired Outcomes: Lead the Sales & Marketing education consulting team and . solution portfolio,. balancing strategic priorities, stakeholder demand, team capacity, timing, and measurable business value to deliver . solutions within. the opportunity . window required to. influence business outcomes. . Manage Change: . Identify moments. that matter in Sales & Marketing workflows and maximize sources of influence — including leaders, managers, SMEs, communications, sales plays, launch moments, and reinforcement mechanisms — to improve adoption . and maximize the. value of education investments. . Measure Improvement: Define ROI, KPIs, productivity measures, and learning impact indicators by . connecting education investments to. Sales & Marketing performance outcomes. . What We’re Seeking.  . Extensive experience. in learning, enablement, or education consulting roles with significant exposure to Sales & Marketing organizations. . Experience leading a portfolio of education, enablement, or consulting initiatives, including prioritization, sequencing, resource planning, and stakeholder governance. . Demonstrated success in executive . level relationship. building, including the ability to influence and advise senior leaders on learning and change strategies. . Strong consulting skills: active listening, needs analysis, facilitation, and solution . recommendation. . Proven ability to lead, collaborate . with, and influence cross-functional teams,. including coaching Learning Consultants and business partners. . Strong executive presence with excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially in framing the value and impact of learning in concise, executive-level terms. . Deep understanding of Sales & Marketing dynamics, motions, and . metrics, including. sales readiness, pipeline generation, campaign execution, product launches, partner enablement, and adoption. . Fluency in learning . measurement, Sales. & . Marketing business. KPIs, ROI analysis, and productivity indicators, with the ability to translate data into executive-level insights. . Experience applying change management principles to improve adoption of new strategies, tools, processes, or operating models. . Demonstrated ability . to operate in. . dynamic, fast-changing environments. . while maintaining a. calm, focused, and psychologically safe team environment. . Extraordinary curiosity, and a deep passion for learning, talent development, and helping organizations navigate change and improve performance through education and ongoing enablement. . Strong critical thinking . and problem-solving skills;. able to navigate complexity and ambiguity and turn them into clear, actionable plans. .
