You will collaborate with cross-functional contributors, including creative directors, UI designers, content designers, and producers. You will also play a pivotal role in representing Addition at a project level to our clients, where you will represent our work and team.. . Key Responsibilities:. . . Project Leadership. : Lead the project design and development of AI Systems to power internal workflows and tools, content at scale, and digital or physical experiences. . . Product Management: . Oversee technical architecture, scoping, coding, code reviews, integration, and communication with internal and client technology stakeholders.. . . Coding: Develop rapid prototypes to facilitate team alignment, explore what’s possible, and contribute meaningful production code to projects to ensure their success. . . . Productization: . Help facilitate a repository of reusable code snippets, techniques, and libraries that can be applied to streamline the development of future projects and enable technology team members to operate more effectively.. . Quality and Safety:. Work with internal and external QA and AI safety teams to ensure that products are delivered at the highest level of quality and AI safety.   . . . Qualifications:. . . Experience:.  . . . 3+ years of experience incorporating foundation models such as LLMs and Image Generation models into complex, multi-function AI Systems.. . 5+ years leading creative technology projects with cross-functional teams. . . 10+ years of experience developing software systems in a professional setting.. . A BS or MS in computer science or a similar field is preferred.  . . . Technical Skills:.  . . . Experience architecting and developing AI Systems that employ an ensemble approach to combine multiple AI models . . Some expertise with Generative AI models such as LLMs and image and/or video-based Diffusion Models. . Experience using AI tools to assist in software development. . Fluency in front-end development techniques in  React.js and related libraries such as NEXT.js. . Fluency in back-end development techniques in Python, as well as database technologies and cloud computing platforms. . Dev ops experience with database technologies and cloud computing platforms. . . Creative Skills: . . .
