Collaborate closely with the wider creative and growth team to translate ideas into effective visuals. Take ownership of your pipeline — from concept to final render — with speed and agility. Contribute fresh thinking to ideation, testing, and iteration cycles across multiple concurrent projects. Help build efficient workflows, templates, or lightweight automation given the pace of testing. Required skills. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Motion Designer. , ideally within performance marketing or a fast-paced creative environment. Strong portfolio demonstrating motion range and mobile-first thinking.
