Key Responsibilities. At Trafilea, you won’t just manage infrastructure — you’ll build and evolve the internal cloud platform that enables engineering teams to deliver software faster, more securely, and with less dependency on infrastructure teams.. We’re looking for a . Senior Platform Engineer. who can design scalable cloud solutions, automate infrastructure, improve developer experience, and create self-service capabilities for engineering teams.. The platform is treated as a product, and engineering teams are its customers.. Build and evolve the platform. Cloud infrastructure & reliability. Developer experience & self-service. Security and governance. Collaboration and technical leadership. AI-first mindset. 5+ years of experience. in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure roles. . Strong hands-on experience designing and operating . AWS infrastructure in production environments. . . Deep knowledge of . Kubernetes/EKS and containerized environments. . . Strong experience with: . Terraform/Terragrunt. . Infrastructure as Code. . CI/CD pipelines. . Cloud automation. . Experience with observability tools and reliability practices: . Monitoring. . Logging. . Alerting. . Incident management. . On-call rotations. . Strong understanding of cloud security, scalability, and distributed systems. . Ability to work with engineering teams and improve developer workflows. . Experience taking ownership of technical solutions and driving improvements. . Nice to have. Experience building Internal Developer Platforms. . Experience with Golden Paths or self-service engineering tools. . Experience with AWS certifications. . Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization. . Experience mentoring engineers or acting as a technical reference. . Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and automation workflows.
