Fabric Interconnects and unified networking. Develop . target-state architectures, migration strategies, and infrastructure roadmaps. Lead . data center modernization initiatives. , including:. Legacy server and compute refresh. Virtualization platform integration (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix). Converged and hyperconverged infrastructure alignment. Required Qualifications. 8–12+ years. of experience in data center infrastructure, compute architecture, or consulting roles. Deep expertise with:. Cisco UCS (B-Series, C-Series, X-Series). UCS Manager and/or Cisco Intersight. Strong understanding of:. Data center networking concepts (VLANs, vNICs, fabric interconnects). Virtualization platforms (VMware preferred). Compute, storage, and infrastructure integration. Experience leading . enterprise infrastructure design and migration projects. Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
