Create and deliver "200-level" training sessions, workshops, and coaching focused on consultative selling and product knowledge for Acquisition teams. . System & Tool Training:. Own the end-to-end training and adoption of the sales tech stack, including Salesforce (SFDC), Dialpad, Groove, and WhatsApp Business. . Stakeholder Collaboration:. Partner with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to identify skill gaps and align training initiatives with broader business goals and product launches. . Mandatory Requirements. . Bilingual Fluency:. Complete professional fluency in both English and (native) Spanish is required to support the LATAM region. . Relevant Experience:. At least 5+ years in Sales Training, Enablement, or L&D specifically supporting sales organizations (ideally Acquisition teams). . Technical Proficiency:. Mastery of Salesforce (SFDC) and the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is essential for content creation and data management. . Desired Skills. . Former Sales Experience:.
