Prepare. materials for leadership and donor meetings.. Coordinates. with internal teams to ensure. accurate. ,. timely. event data.. Execute invoice requests and provide support for vendor contracts as needed.. Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent education, experience, training, and/or certification. 7+ years of experience in this or a related field. Demonstrated strong. proficiency. in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to improve productivity and support daily business operations.. Ability to. execute high-impact virtual meetings with confidence,. utilizing. advanced Teams and Zoom skills to manage presentations, meeting controls, breakout rooms, recordings, participant support, and real-time issue resolution.. Experience managing multiple complex calendars/schedules, travel arrangements. ,. and expenses. Technical fluency; ability to learn new systems quickly.
