Proven Leadership:. 8+ years in product management with a strong track record of leading, mentoring, and developing teams of Product Managers and Product Owners in a B2B environment.. . . . Domain Expertise:. Prior experience in the transportation industry, telematics, fleet management, logistics, mobility software, or multi-layered SaaS/hardware environments is highly required.. . . . Strategic & Commercial Acumen:. Proven experience serving on leadership teams, setting multi-country roadmaps, managing product budgets, and driving business metrics/OKRs.. . . .
