You'll join our PMO team to lead cross-functional IT initiatives, connect business strategy with technology delivery, and optimize the frameworks and processes that enable our teams to operate at scale.. Your mission: . Turn complexity into execution, align teams around priorities, and ensure technology projects deliver measurable business impact.. What You'll Own. Project Execution:. Lead multiple technology projects and programs from planning through launch, ensuring quality, timelines, and business outcomes.. Strategic Alignment:. Translate business priorities and OKRs into actionable project roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans.. Agile Delivery:. Coordinate Scrum ceremonies, optimize sprint execution, and improve team productivity across IT squads.. Portfolio Management:. Manage project dependencies, resource allocation, priorities, risks, and delivery commitments across teams.. ERP & Integrations:. Strong experience leading complex technology projects and programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.. Agile Expertise:. Solid knowledge of Scrum, sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile delivery practices.. Technical Understanding:. Experience working with software development teams, ERP systems, integrations, and IT workflows.. Project Management Tools:. Hands-on experience with Asana or similar platforms, plus familiarity with Confluence, Slack, and Lucidchart.. Strategic Thinking:.
