Twilio is seeking a Manager to join the Strategic Operations pillar within Sales Operations.  This individual will be responsible for guiding and scaling our Sales Operations motion.  They will play a pivotal role in scaling and optimizing revenue-driving processes, leveraging analytics to enhance efficiency and transparency, and identify process improvements across the GTM organization.  This individual will help us establish ‘best in class’ practices to run our business at scale, make recommendations for change, and execute those changes flawlessly through cross-functional collaboration.  This individual will ensure operational excellence in GMT motions from pipeline development to expansion strategies through scalable processes and automation.  They will partner with cross function leaders in sales, systems and HR to align on and drive operational improvements.  The right candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable operational processes that have improved the efficiency and transparency in GTM functions.. Responsibilities. In this role, you’ll:. Own the end-to-end development of corporate QBRs and executive business review templates, to ensure data drives strategic decision making . Develop ‘best-in-class’ processes to run the business across our GTM organization, including standardizing global processes. Problem solve and structure outcomes for complex sales operations challenges through data, analytics and insight . Identify new opportunities and areas of productivity efficiency gains for the GTM organization and own the end-to-end execution . Storyboard a compelling narrative to drive leadership alignment, and develop executive level communications to share business updates with C-suite executives to drive to decisions. Partner with key cross-functional stakeholders to streamline and optimize our internal processes to drive excellence in everything that we do. Qualifications . Have deep understanding of the key metrics/levers for a GTM organization (productivity, capacity, top of funnel, pipeline, etc.). Completed 2 rounds of annual planning within a GTM organization. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation and reporting tools. Highly collaborative, with the ability to build strong partnerships with and influence GTM, Finance, and Product teams. Strong project management and process mapping skills, with the ability to distill complex situations into actionable steps . Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening; written/verbal communication; and ability to influence/align on priorities. Desired:. Experience in sales operations or revenue operations for a CPaaS or SaaS organization is highly desired.. Location. Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C. : $126,000.00 - $157,500.00.. Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $133,400.00 - $166,700.00.. Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $148,200.00 - $185,200.00.. This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are generally eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave..
