Manager - Business Systems at AffiniPay. Location Information: USA. AffiniPay’s Manager, Business Systems will oversee the Business Systems Team and will be responsible for the day to day support of the company’s back office systems. The Technical Program Manager will use their experience and education to ensure consistent and high-quality back office systems to all employees, finding and adopting new technologies.. What You'll Do.   User systems administration for back-office systems.   Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce and its ecosystem as well as integrated systems such as Zuora, Outreach, Intercom and others.   Collaborate with technology-focused teams and other business stakeholders to identify potential system flaws, define potential consequences, and develop effective mitigation strategies.   Monitor, Manage and Report roadmap planning and prioritization for business systems projects, balancing strategic objectives with operational execution..   Support and Innovate to improve overall confidentiality, integrity, and availability of back-office systems.   Retain, hire, and develop business systems team members.   Provide technical expertise, education and documentation for the company on system use, efficiency and productivity.   Other Duties as assigned. About You.   Undergraduate degree in a technical field.   2+ years of people management experience.   5+ years of related experience.   Certified Salesforce Administrator
