This includes patterns, best practices, components, and tools. We are starting a multi-year effort to modernize how our product looks and feels, and we are looking for a Technical Lead to help drive that transformation.. The Trellis Embed Team works with hundreds of frontend teams at HubSpot as they migrate to a new component library. Later this year, our focus will shift from migration to creating a more cohesive product. We’ll focus on the journeys, flows, and templates that shape the user experience. . This is an internal-facing role with a unique opportunity to mentor at scale and help shape the future of HubSpot's user interface.. We’re looking for:. A strong senior engineer with experience leading small, autonomous teams. Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has experience working closely with design. Experience with frontend design systems at scale is preferred. Experience setting up tooling at scale is a plus. Someone who prefers solving problems with technology rather than process. Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and evaluate trade-offs while keeping the developer experience in mind. Someone who can see opportunities beyond current practices and help shape a long-term vision for where we’re headed.  . Cash compensation range:. 191100-305800 USD Annually .
