Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from scoping to execution, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes.. Identify and solve strategic or operational problems that don’t clearly fall within a single team’s remit, often in ambiguous or fast-changing areas.. Design and implement scalable systems, workflows, or processes that improve efficiency, quality, or decision-making across the business.. Collaborate with stakeholders across functions (e.g., Operations, Data, Strategic Partnerships, Payor Success, etc.) to understand needs, drive alignment, and support execution..
