In this leadership role, you’ll grow a team, mentor individuals, leverage technology, and collaborate with the corporate team to expand business and RWM’s impact.. Key Responsibilities. Develop and implement sales strategies to manage a profitable P&L, and execute the company’s growth vision in your market.. Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team while expanding RWM’s positive and collaborative team culture.. Responsible for setting team goals, monitoring, and communicating team wins.. Participate in company initiatives and programs to increase branch production and find new ways to support the team in business growth.. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales gaps and opportunities for RWM to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain an incredible platform for the team and our customers.. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure your team is set up for success through tech tools, training, and marketing initiatives.. Follow streamlined processes and uphold operational excellence to maintain a strong reputation of professionalism and integrity.. Qualifications. History of at least 2M in production volume monthly over a 12-month period. Align with and be an example of RWM’s core values. Experience in recruiting, mentoring and retaining strong sales talent. Skilled at removing roadblocks for the team and solving problems to support RWM’s vision. 5+ years in sales leadership. Salary Details. This is a commission-based role. Actual earnings vary based on volume and negotiated comp plan. No cap on income.. Compensation Range: $190,000-$450,000+ based on average monthly production of $2M.
