Proficiency in English at B1 level (Intermediate). Technical Skills:. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with GoLang in production environments. Proven experience designing, architecting, and developing high-availability, high-throughput systems using Java and GoLang. Hands-on expertise with AWS services such as SQS, SNS, EventBridge, S3, Step Functions, and Lambda, building cloud-native, event-driven systems. Strong background in microservices architecture, including cross-team governance and performance tuning. Experience with both relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB) at scale. Solid understanding of DevOps practices, including: CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation) and Monitoring and observability tools. Deep testing expertise across: Unit tests, Integration tests, Contract tests, chaos testing in distributed systems. Desirable Qualifications. Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including: Terraform, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, Codefresh, ArgoCD. Familiarity with architectural patterns, such as: CQRS (Command Query Responsibility Segregation), Event Sourcing, Saga pattern for managing distributed transactions.
