As Senior Security Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the security product strategy for our PaaS platform. You'll work at the intersection of product development, security engineering, legal and customer needs to ensure our platform meets the highest security standards while maintaining usability and performance. What You Bring. Strong product management expertise with deep security knowledge. Experience translating security requirements into product features. Ability to balance security controls with user experience. Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. Strategic thinking with tactical execution capabilities. Data-driven approach to product decisions and security improvements. Key Responsibilities. Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for security features across our PaaS platform working closely with other product managers, CISO and engineering teams. Investigate cyber threats, conduct root cause analysis, and work with development teams to implement corrective actions. Collaborate to define a centralized Risk, Compliance & Security governance process. Design and implement security controls based on known vulnerabilities and improvements. Ensure security is embedded throughout the product lifecycle, building a security-first mindset. What is required for application. Required:. 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on security products. Deep understanding of cloud security concepts, technologies, and frameworks. Experience with security controls for PaaS or IaaS platforms. Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, FedRAMP). Familiarity with security technologies such as IAM, encryption, network security, and threat detection. Background in software development or security engineering. Strong technical background with the ability to communicate with engineering teams. Desired:. Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent). Experience with DevSecOps methodologies and tools. Understanding of container security, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures. History of successful product launches in cloud or security domains. Experience working in agile environments and managing product roadmaps.
