In this role, you will plan and execute sustained-pressure campaigns to motivate major corporations to adopt and implement animal welfare policies that eliminate the cruelest practices in their global food supply chains. Work with the global corporate engagement team to optimize campaign strategies to secure and ensure the implementation of corporate farmed animal welfare policies at the global level. Conduct in-depth research on major global corporations to support campaign strategy and tactics, including their corporate structure, history, animal welfare standards, leadership, social media presence, and affiliates, to identify key opportunities for engagement and advocacy. Collaborate with the Projects Manager to occasionally gather, organize, or synthesize company-related or other relevant information to support internal planning, prioritization, and strategic alignment. Brainstorm and execute creative campaign tactics to prompt food companies to take action for animals. Work closely with regional campaigners to coordinate support for global projects, such as organizing and executing demonstrations and creating campaign resources—including videos, websites, advertisements, and public relations materials. Strengthen relationships with partner organizations worldwide to maximize the impact of global corporate campaigns. Assist the Global Corporate Engagement department with activities, such as identifying and researching prospective corporate outreach targets, joining corporate engagement calls, and conducting follow-up research. Develop and maintain accurate, compelling, and consistent corporate campaign materials that comply with internal legal, editorial, and messaging standards. Represent Mercy For Animals during on-the-ground actions, such as demonstrations and other events. Coordinate the writing and publication of petitions and their updates;. Facilitate the development of campaign videos, including drafting scripts, creating video concepts in collaboration with videographers, working with voice actors, and supporting publication via YouTube with titles and descriptions;. Manage logistics for media ad placement, create mobile billboards, coordinate protest tours, and implement other creative tactics;. Coordinate with the Communications department to contact celebrities, write letters, and develop overall campaign promotion;. Coordinate the drafting and publication of content related to campaigns and the achievements of the Corporate Engagement team;. Develop and update campaign-related websites in line with corporate achievements;. Coordinate the production of traditional and digital advertising for campaigns;. Minimum of one year's professional experience in campaigning, issue advocacy, project management, or a related area, preferably multinational or global. Before joining MFA, she worked closely with NGOs and local institutions to drive change, particularly in areas where social justice and sustainability intersect.. This position is a full-time employer-of-record (EOR) position. The selected candidate would be hired under an EOR agreement.
