About the Role. The Revenue Operations PMO is looking for a highly skilled program manager with a love for go-to-market strategy to join the team! As a change agent, you will collaborate with executive leadership, program sponsors, business leads, and technology teams to drive the successful implementation of large-scale, cross-organization strategic programs aimed at enterprise growth and operational efficiency..  . Responsibilities:. o   Lead cross-functional New Product Introduction (NPI) / New Offer Launch (NOL) projects and programs for Revenue Operations. o   Manage programs and projects in alignment with our Revenue Operations strategic initiatives. o   Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery, and develop contingency plans to address potential roadblocks. o   Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams ensuring alignment with organizational goals. o   Evaluate program performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success. o   Proactively identify strategic recommendations, opportunities for improvement, and propose process and system improvements. o   Facilitate knowledge sharing by establishing and maintaining effective communication channels with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues, and solicit feedback and input as needed.. o   Lead program documentation throughout the program lifecycle in various collaboration tools, including Smartsheet and Google Sheets. About You. Basic Qualifications. o   6+ years of cross-organizational program management experience leading highly visible, large-scale, strategic initiatives within SaaS companies. o   6+ years of Go-to-Market (GTM) program management experience within SaaS companies. o   3+ years of program management experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) / New Offer Launch (NOL) programs.  . Other Qualifications. o   Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field (MBA preferred). o   Expertise with collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Salesforce). o   Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams and third parties. o   Excellent listening and communication skills. o   Ability to analyze data to provide meaningful insights that can be translated into action. o   Experience with data analysis to inform and drive strategic business decisions. o   Ability to lead cross-functional program teams across multiple workstreams, creating integrated program plans and goals.. o   This includes monitoring progress and reporting on program objectives and goals. Successful facilitation of cross-functional meetings, identifying inter-program dependencies and ensuring alignment of functional deliverables and plans.Consultative approach and strong communication skills to engage with key stakeholder at senior executive levels.. Workday Pay Transparency Statement. The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
