Respond promptly and professionally to partner enquiries regarding extended stays and group bookings. Create tailored offers using our internal quotation tools, balancing partner needs and pricing strategy. Collaborate with Revenue, Guest Support, and Finance teams to align on availability, pricing, and contract terms. Process guest lists for larger bookings, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Build and maintain strong working relationships with key agency partners and intermediaries. Support the onboarding of new partners and ensure consistent service delivery.
