Client Success Director at Degreed. Location Information: UK,France,Germany,Sweden,Netherlands,Switzerland. As a Client Success Director, you will lead strategic relationships with Degreed’s most valuable global clients. This is a high-impact, consultative role, not a traditional Customer Success position. Your focus will be on enabling long-term success, connecting Degreed’s platform and services to client business objectives, and delivering measurable workforce outcomes. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, building tailored success plans and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Services. This role is central to driving adoption, expansion, and transformation for large enterprise organizations investing in skills-based talent strategies.. Key Skills. Fluency in French (written and spoken) is required for this role.. Ability to map client goals to actionable strategies that maximize Degreed’s value and deliver measurable business impact.. Proven experience managing and growing executive relationships across complex, global organizations.. Deep consultative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn insight into action.. Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Services.. Adept at using data to influence decision-making and evolve success strategies.. Ability to navigate ambiguity, anticipate client needs, and adjust plans responsively.. Key Responsibilities. Own relationships with Degreed’s top strategic accounts, aligning platform capabilities to client business priorities.. Develop and execute data-informed success plans that drive adoption, retention, and workforce transformation.. Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities and deliver insights that support renewals and growth.. Lead executive-level engagements, sharing progress, strategic recommendations, and ROI-driven narratives.. Monitor platform usage and engagement to proactively address risks and optimize client outcomes.. Champion the voice of the customer internally to influence product innovation and enhance client experience.. Compensation. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.. The total pay range for this role is € 120,000 - € 130,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
