Redesign campaign services operations from the ground up. , identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable, tech-first solutions that improve speed, quality, and client satisfaction from campaigns to sales.. Build and optimize processes. that streamline the end-to-end workflow across campaign management, creative execution, influencer coordination, reporting and sales.. Leverage AI and automation tools.
