The Field Support Specialist plays a critical role in providing first level support by maintaining, loading and configuring content within the company's Content Management System (CMS). This position also involves assisting with other product or system implementations. The Field Support Specialist supports both internal teams and clients by ensuring timely release of content, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with development and product teams on escalated issues.. This role is ideal for a person who is just starting their career and has an interest in digital content, technology implementations and customer experience.l. Requirements. Upload and configure content within the CMS to client or internal team specifications.. Ensure content accuracy, proper formatting and consistency across web and platform pages.. Answer and resolve routine technical queries related to CMS functionality and basic content issues, via ticketing system, email or calls.. Collaborate with Training or Product teams to test and validate the display of content on different devices and user roles.. Train customers or team members in the use of the CMS to upload, edit and manage content.. Escalate CMS bugs, content display issues or configuration failures to the Project Manager or Development teams with appropriate documentation.. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of CMS activity, configurations and customer requests in the support tracking system.. Assist in writing or updating internal documentation and FAQs related to content management practices.. Support cross-functional teams by uploading and verifying training materials, customer documentation, and promotional content..
