This is a fully remote role with core working hours (Team is in PST + MST), designed for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments. You must have at least 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an early-stage startup or agency. This is a requirement for us to consider your profile. Sourcing expertise:. you’ve personally sourced at least 80% of your hires (especially for startup companies without brand recognition)..
