About the Role: . Lumivero seeks a strategic . Director of Marketing Operations. to optimize our global marketing technology infrastructure, data-driven processes, and cross-functional alignment. This role combines technical mastery of marketing systems with leadership in data operations, customer journey, lifecycle management, and analytics to support our mission of transforming complex data into actionable insights. As the technological backbone of our marketing organization, you will ensure seamless integration between our MarTech stack and our GTM strategies.  . Key Responsibilities. Marketing technology architecture & systems.  . Own the end-to-end marketing technology stack, including multiple instances of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, and related CRM and analytics tools.  . Architect integrations between marketing automation systems and demand generation platforms to enable insights-driven campaign execution and seamless data flow. Lead audits of all platform instances to eliminate redundancy, ensure data consistency, and enhance capabilities.  . Oversee the administration, governance, and optimization of these platforms to support both centralized and localized marketing efforts, ensuring scalability, security, and best-in-class performance across all business channels and segments . Act as the Marketing lead and primary point of contact for systems projects, migrations, and integrations . Data operations, analytics, and reporting infrastructure.  . Implement automated data cleansing workflows to ensure high standards of data quality and accuracy, minimizing errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates across all records. Regularly validate and audit data to maintain integrity and reliability, supporting precise segmentation and effective campaign execution . Oversee the development and maintenance of analytics and reporting infrastructure, including the creation of dynamic dashboards and comprehensive reports that measure campaign performance, track key marketing metrics, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders . Ensure that analytics tools and processes support both real-time and historical analysis, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization of marketing efforts. . Lead lifecycle management and optimization.  . Oversee the end-to-end lead lifecycle process, including lead scoring optimization and real-time lead routing using dynamic assignment rules based on geography, industry, account ownership, and engagement level. . Set and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely follow-up and maximize conversion potential, while continuously analyzing routing outcomes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness . Collaborate with analytics teams to track, report, and analyze lead flow, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution, using these insights to inform ongoing improvements to lead management processes and overall marketing performance . Customer journey architecture and management.  . Map and analyze multi-year customer journeys by identifying and documenting all key touchpoints, milestones, and interactions across the entire lifecycle—from initial engagement through onboarding, renewal, and advocacy . Build, maintain, and continuously update dynamic customer and prospect lists using real-time segmentation criteria such as demographics, behaviors, engagement levels, and purchase history that can be leveraged across the marketing team.  . Regularly analyze data to identify opportunities for improved engagement, conversion, retention, and upsell at every phase of the customer journey. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate these insights into actionable strategies—such as content personalization, channel optimization, and campaign timing—that enhance marketing effectiveness for each customer segment. . Continuously monitor and report on the performance of customer cohorts and journey stages, using analytics to uncover friction points and inform ongoing optimization efforts. Proactively recommend customer experience, ensuring that strategies remain aligned with evolving customer needs and business objectives throughout the entire lifecycle. . Required Skills and Experience. 7–10+ years in Marketing Ops, RevOps, or GTM Strategy roles in B2B SaaS. . Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives across marketing and sales. . Deep understanding of lead flow, demand generation, and SDR processes. . Strong experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and related GTM tools. . Strategic thinker who can operate at both detailed and executive levels. . Experience leading experimental or automation-focused projects. . Skilled communicator with a track record of influence across GTM leadership. . Comfort operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with global reach. .
