As the Transformation Manager for the AMER region, you will be a key member of our Operations team, leading significant transformation initiatives that drive organizational agility, performance, and growth. This role is responsible for planning and executing large-scale transformation programs across the region, ensuring alignment with the Americas strategic intent and regional business group objectives. You will work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement, implement best-in-class practices, and foster a culture of continuous innovation. . The Transformation Manager acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing expert guidance on change management, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation. You will champion new ways of working, facilitate the adoption of new processes, systems, or organizational structures, and ensure successful transitions with minimal disruption. Your leadership and influence will be critical in building buy-in and engagement at all levels, driving both short-term results and sustainable long-term value for the Americas region. . Essential Responsibilities and Percentage of Time Spent (includes, but is not limited to):.  . Transformation Program Leadership (35%) . Lead the strategic design, integration and execution of regional transformation projects and programs, covering areas like operations, digital enablement and cultural changes across the region.  . Establish transformation governance structures, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams to ensure alignment with regional objective. . Navigate complex interdependencies across business groups, proactively manage systemic risks, and resolve escalated challenges to maintain transformation momentum, value delivery, and strategic coherence. . Strategic Change Management & Cultural Adoption (25%) . Design and implement regional-level change strategies grounded in behavioral science and organizational psychology, ensuring successful adoption of new technologies, operating models and ways of working.  . Lead transformation readiness assessments, develop stakeholder-specific engagement plans, and oversee delivery of learning and enablement programs that embed change into day-to-day operations. . Act as a change champion, modeling transformation values and fostering a mindset of agility, collaboration, and continuous learning. . Stakeholder Engagement & Communication (20%) . Engage America’s EOG, regional leaders and business groups to co-create the transformation narrative, algin on desired outcomes and manage expectations . Build and maintain a transformation coalition that spans the business groups, ensuring sustained leadership sponsorship and the removal of systemic blockers.  . Develop and deliver executive-level communications, program briefings, and strategic artifacts that drive understanding, urgency, and unified action. . Transformation Performance management & Insights (10%) . Define transformation success metrics, lead benefit realization planning (in partnership with project/program managers) and implement integrated reporting frameworks that track value delivery across all regional business groups.  . Leverage analytics and scenario modeling to provide actionable insights, inform pivot decisions, and surface early warning indicators requiring executive attention. . Continuous Improvement & Best Practice Sharing (10%) . Continuously assess global trends, benchmark best in class transformation practices and integrate emerging methodologies (e.g. agile at scale, design thinking, system thinking) into the transformation roadmap.  . Establish a transformation knowledge hub to capture lessons learned, scale successful pilots, and empower regional teams with reusable tools and playbooks that accelerate future initiatives. . Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:.  . At least seven (7) years of experience in transformation or change management or related experience. . Familiar with a wide range of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Wrike, Jira, Confluence, Asana) . Transformation & Change Management:  . Extensive experience leading complex, multi-phase transformation initiatives and change programs within regional or enterprise portfolios, from strategy development through execution and sustainment. . Proficient in a broad array of transformation and change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Lean Six Sigma, Agile Change, Design Thinking) and tools, with a proven track record of successfully driving adoption of new processes, technologies, or organizational structures on schedule and within resource parameters. .  . Required Education & Certifications:.  . B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience. . Bachelor's Degree (or similar): Fields such as Business Administration, Operations Management, Strategy, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field or a related field. . Compensation:.
