Key Responsibilities:. . . Leadership and Management:. . . Lead and mentor a team of telecommunications engineers and technicians.. . Collaborate to develop and implement engineering strategies, goals, and objectives.. . Ensure timeline, financial and quality compliance on projects . . . . Technical Oversight:. . . Oversee the design of telecommunications systems.. . Understand and ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.. . Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on complex engineering issues.. . . . Collaboration and Time Management:. . . Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept through to completion.. . Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and external vendors.. . Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.. . . . Quality Assurance:. . . Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the reliability and performance of telecommunications systems.. .
