As the Product Line Manager for Decision Cloud, you will shape the strategic vision and execution of our product portfolio. Leading cross-functional teams, you’ll champion innovative solutions that resonate with our customers and fuel business growth. This role calls for a blend of strategic insight, product vision, and exceptional execution. . Key Responsibilities. Define and execute a product strategy for student placement and assessment software that aligns with broader company goals. . Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and industry trends, and use insights to guide product direction and positioning. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch high-quality products that meet customer and business needs. . Maintain a clear product roadmap outlining upcoming features and enhancements for future releases. . Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, customers, and stakeholders, communicating updates, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvement. . Lead and mentor product managers and subject matter experts to foster innovation and maximize customer value. . Required Skills and Experience. Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field. MBA preferred. . Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, preferably in statistics or quantitative research domains. . Deep understanding of quantitative research processes and methodologies. . Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. . Strong communication and collaboration skills in team environments. . Analytical mindset, comfortable with data-driven decision-making. . Familiarity with Agile development practices. . Knowledge of software development life cycle and product management tools. . Leadership and managerial experience. . Preferred Skills and Experience. Experience developing SaaS solutions. . Background in UX research and customer-centric product development. . Pragmatic mindset; certification in the Pragmatic Framework is a plus. . Familiarity with API development. .
