The Executive Assistant is a key operational resource within the organization, responsible for providing mid-level administrative and coordination support to multiple senior executives at one time. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and multitasking skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a trusted partner to leadership, the Executive Assistant ensures seamless day-to-day operations by managing schedules, communications, and essential administrative functions. This position plays a critical role in enabling executives to focus on strategic initiatives while ensuring the smooth execution of their daily responsibilities. The Executive Assistant is not just a supportive role but a vital enabler of efficiency and productivity for senior leadership. By effectively managing administrative tasks and ensuring operational excellence, the Executive Assistant helps create an environment where executives can focus on driving organizational success.. Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):. Expense Management: Tracking and processing reimbursements. Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, hotels, and transportation and managing travel itineraries. Calendar Management: Scheduling and coordinating meetings and sending reminders and follow-ups. Inbox Management: Sorting and prioritizing emails and drafting responses. Meeting Preparation: Preparing agendas and materials and coordinating logistics and technology. Meetings Participation: As appropriate, attending and facilitating meetings and providing meeting notes and follow-up.. Event Management: Planning and coordinating events and managing event logistics. Communications: Drafting and editing internal or external communications, managing communication channels and preparing presentations and reports. Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:. At least eight (5) years of experience in a similar role. Excellent organizational and time management skills.. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.. Proficiency in office software and tools.. Required Education & Certifications:. B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience.  . Compensation:. Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $64,000/yr to $80,000/yr or more depending on experience..
