At the moment, this role is focused on:. • Designing and developing scalable backend solutions to support Canva’s global marketing engine. • Collaborating closely with marketers and data teams to unlock automation, analytics, and optimisation capabilities. • Maintaining and evolving systems that drive Canva’s communications, growth and audience engagement. • Partnering with engineers across teams to build integrations between Canva’s core product and marketing platforms. • Contributing to best practices around code quality, testing, and continuous improvement. • Mentoring junior engineers and guiding technical discussions to shape strategic direction..
