This is a rare opportunity to be at the forefront of a revolution in map data. We’re seeking a dynamic and collaborative Executive Director to lead Overture Maps Foundation. As Executive Director, you'll be responsible for our strategic direction, operational excellence, and the overall success of Overture Maps Foundation. Reporting to the Overture Steering Committee, you'll work hand-in-hand with them to shape project goals and priorities and to drive Overture’s mission to change the mapping world through open map data.. Key Responsibilities. Strategic Leadership: . Develop and implement a compelling vision for Overture Maps Foundation, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and objectives. . Industry Expertise: . Leverage deep familiarity with the global geospatial and mapping industry to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and guide the foundation's strategic direction..
