CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a talented, creative, and self-driven . Community Manager. to grow and engage our audience across Traditional Chinese-speaking regions. In this role, you will lead regional community initiatives for our iconic brands, including Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher, helping to shape player experiences beyond the game itself.. Plan, execute, and manage multiple . community engagement projects. tailored to the Traditional Chinese region.. Build and maintain a strong network of . local community ambassadors. , influencers, and content creators.. Translate and adapt the studio’s global communications to fit . local cultural context. and platform best practices.. Manage and grow CD PROJEKT RED’s . Traditional Chinese social media channels. , ensuring regular updates, daily interaction, and brand consistency.. Track . regional trends and audience behavior. to help shape content strategy.. Monitor and respond to community sentiment, collaborating with global and regional teams to address feedback and potential concerns with empathy and clarity.. Produce monthly reports with actionable insights for internal stakeholders.. Coordinate daily with global community and communication teams to ensure alignment and knowledge-sharing across markets.. Qualifications. Degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field—or equivalent experience.. Minimum 3 years of experience in community and/or social media management within the video game industry.. Strong understanding of the Traditional Chinese gaming community and regional platforms.. Experience using industry-standard tools for social listening, reporting, and content planning.. Proven ability to create authentic connections with local audiences while supporting global brand vision.. Excellent collaboration skills, self-reliant attitude, and a proactive mindset.. Willingness to travel for events and internal meetings.. Native-level fluency in Traditional Chinese and professional proficiency in English..
